- For butt welding Geberit HDPE and Geberit Silent-db20 pipes and fittings up to 160mm
- Suitable for use with Geberit Media and Universal welding machines.
Butt welding is the easiest method of jointing as it does not require any extra components or sophisticated machinery. The plate's green light shows the operator that the hot plate has reached the appropriate welding temperature, then the two ends of the pipe must be held against the hot plate and forced together.
