Viega Press-in Connection Kit
The Megapress press-in branch connector kit contains a holding device, drill shaft, and press tool insert and is suitable for thick-walled steel pipes. Suitable for use with the Viega Pressgun 6 Plus Press Tool.
- Compatable with the Viega Pressgun 6 Plus
- For use steel pipes in accordance with EN 10220/10255
- Suitable for use with the MegaPress system
- Not suitable for drinking water installations.
The press-in branch connector generates a threaded connection in pipelines. Particularly suitable for confined spaces such as manifold installations for sensors, thermometers and drains. The press-in branch connector is not suitable for use in drinking water installations. For this reason, press-in branch connectors are labelled with a black symbol “Not drinking water”. It is not permitted to use the press-in branch connector for fuel gases pursuant to DVGW Worksheet G 260 or in connection with Prestabo system components.
